Application Requirements
Must fill out the pet screening application for your rental application to be processed
- Provide a copy of a valid I.D
- Copy of a Social Security Card
- Proof Of Employment (at least 3 months worth of paystubs)
- $40.00 Nonrefundable application fee in a money order/cashiers check only
-Must have been at your present employer for at least 6 months.
-Provide 6 Most recent pay stubs
-If you are transferring/moving from out of State then you must provide
proof of employment here including acceptance into the job and proof of Salary.
-Must make at least 3 times the amount of rent in a month
WE DO NOT EXCEPT CO-SIGNERS
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must pass an overall Credit Check
- Must pass a rental history check
-NO BALANCES CAN BE OWED TO ANY PREVIOUS LANDLORD OR UTILITY COMPANY!
-Rental verifications are required for all applicants with previous Rental History. If you have no rental history it is an automatic double deposit upon approval.
- Security deposits are required to be paid in full at the time the Lease agreement is signed.
-Deposits are always at least a Minimum of One Months rent rate
-Deposits Are determined based on income, rental history and background findings. The deposit amount varies per applicant!
